how to use flaxseed | chutney recipe with flaxseed

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 dry red chilly
  • ¼ cup curry leaves
  • 1 amla size tamarind
  • 3 garlic
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 3 tomato(big) 250 gram
For tadka | seasoning:
  • 1 tsp oil
  • ¼ tsp mustard seeds
  • pinch of asafoetida

Method
 

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, add in 2 dry red chilly, 1/4 cup of curry leaves, tamarind, and 3 garlic. Saute it for 1 minute
  2. Next, add 1 tbsp of flaxseed, saute it for 30 seconds in low flame
  3. Now add 3 tomatoes chopped, saute until the raw smell goes off, then turn off the flame
  4. Let this mixture cool down completely.
  5. then transfer it into a blender jar. add salt, blend finely with little water
For tadka | seasoning:
  1. heat 1 tsp of oil, splutter 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds,
  2. turn off the flame, add a pinch of asafoetida and few curry leaves
  3. Pour it over the chutney and mix
