Method
For grinding:
- Firstly, take 5 garlic, 2 Kashmiri red chilly, 1 tsp cumin seeds in blender jar,Blend it coarsely and keep it aside for later use.
For the brinjal stir fry:
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan, splutter ½ tsp of mustard seeds, add ½ tsp of urad dal, and a few curry leaves.
- Then add brinjal slices and salt and ½ tsp of turmeric powder
- cook it in medium flame for 10 minutes (stir at regular intervals)
- (After 10 minutes the garlic pieces got cooked 90%), Now add the ground pastestir fry for about 5 minutes on low flame.
- And then turn off the flame. The brinjal stir fry is ready to serve
