mango ice cream

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Mango pulp from fleshy mango
  • 500 ml fresh cream (whipping cream)
  • 400 ml sweetened condensed milk

Equipment

  • Hand mixer
  • bowl

Method
 

make the mango pulp ready:
  1. Take 2 cups of mango pulp in a pan (fleshy pulp, not fibrous)
  2. Heat it in medium flame, keep stirring till it reduces into 1 cup
  3. turn off the flame let it cool completely
whipping and mixing:
  1. In a wide bowl, take 500 ml of fresh cream whip it to stiff peaks (for 5 minutes approximately)
  2. then add cooled mango pulp and condensed milk
  3. whip it for 2 minutes
  4. pour it in a container, freeze it for 6-8 hours minimum
