choosing the mangos: choose fleshy mangoes, besides you, cannot use fibrous mangoes

Equipment
- Hand mixer
- bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cup Mango pulp from fleshy mango
- 500 ml fresh cream (whipping cream)
- 400 ml sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
make the mango pulp ready:
- Take 2 cups of mango pulp in a pan (fleshy pulp, not fibrous)
- Heat it in medium flame, keep stirring till it reduces into 1 cup
- turn off the flame let it cool completely
whipping and mixing:
- In a wide bowl, take 500 ml of fresh cream whip it to stiff peaks (for 5 minutes approximately)
- then add cooled mango pulp and condensed milk
- whip it for 2 minutes
- pour it in a container, freeze it for 6-8 hours minimum

Note:
- To get better results, keep everything chilled before you whip the cream, condensed milk, pulp, and the mixing bowl.
- so keep everything inside the fridge before you start making the ice cream to get best results
- Furthermore, choose fleshy mangoes (not fibrous mangoes)
