Ingredients
For mixing poha and curd:

(I took the medium aval)

milk

cup
beaten curd

salt
For tadka:

tbsp
ghee

tsp
mustard seeds
¼
tsp
cumin
½
tsp
urad dal
1
green chilly
finely chopped
1
tsp
grated ginger
pinch of asafoetida
few
curry leaves
1
tbsp
coriander leaves
finely chopped
Instructions
For mixing poha and curd:
Take 1 cup of poha/ aval in a mixing bowl, rinse in water and drain off completely, and keep aside for 5 minutes
after 5 minutes, pour in ¼ cup of milk, ¾ cup of curd, and ½ tsp of salt. Mix well and keep aside
For tadka:
Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan, splutter ¼ tsp of mustard seeds, ¼ tsp of cumin, and add ½ tsp of urad dal.
Next, add 1 tsp of grated ginger and 1 chopped green chilly. Saute well
turn off the flame, add a pinch of asafoetida, and some curry leaves.
Pour this mix tadka over dahi poha and mix
Now the dahi poha/ curd aval is ready to serve.
