Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 Kashmiri red chilly
  • few curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp cashews
  • 2 garlic (chopped)
  • 250 gram beans (chopped 1 inch)
  • 3 tsp sambar powder
  • cup coconutmilk

Method
 

  1. Firstly, heat 1 tbsp of oil, fry the cashews into golden brown, and then take off
  2. secondly, add garlic, curry leves, and add the onion, saute the onion to translucent
  3. Thirdly add beans and 3 tsp of sambar powder, and mix well
  4. Now pour in 1 cup of coconutmilk, cover it and cook well
  5. finally add ½ cups of coconut millk and leave it for 2 minutes and turn off the flame
