Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 Kashmiri red chilly
- few curry leaves
- 1 tbsp cashews
- 2 garlic (chopped)
- 250 gram beans (chopped 1 inch)
- 3 tsp sambar powder
- 1½ cup coconutmilk
Instructions
- Firstly, heat 1 tbsp of oil, fry the cashews into golden brown, and then take off
- secondly, add garlic, curry leves, and add the onion, saute the onion to translucent
- Thirdly add beans and 3 tsp of sambar powder, and mix well
- Now pour in 1 cup of coconutmilk, cover it and cook well
- finally add ½ cups of coconut millk and leave it for 2 minutes and turn off the flame
