Method
For grinding:
- In a blender jar, put 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 green chilly, 1 Kashmiri red chilly. Blend it coarsely first.
- Then add 1 cup boiled sweet corn in the same blender, blend it coarsely
For mixing:
- In a mixing bowl, add ground paste
- Then add ¼ cup besan flour, ¼ cup rice flour, and add salt
- Now add, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, and curry leavesMix well
- Apply some oil over your palms, take a small portion from the mixture, make a ball, press it by placing it on another palm to make a patty
- Heat the oil for deep frying, once it is heated, keep the flame in medium, fry those patties to golden brown color
