Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked oats
- 1 tsp unsalted butter
- ¼ cup milk
- 3/4 cup beaten curd
For seasoning/ tadka:
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp urad dal
- 1 dry red chilly
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- few curry leaves (chopped)
- ¼ tsp Asafoetida
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
- Firstly, take 2 cups of cooked oats in a mixing bowl
- Add in ¼ cup of milk and 1 tsp butter Mix well
- Now pour in ¾ cup of beaten curd, mix and keep aside
For seasoning/ tadka:
- Heat 1 tbsp of peanut oil in a pan, splutter ½ tsp of mustard seeds. and then add ½ tsp of urad dal, 1 dry red chilly (chopped), 1 tsp chopped ginger.
- then turn off the flame, add chopped curry leaves and ¼ tsp of asafoetida
- Pour this mixture over the curd oats and mix wellNow it is ready to serve.
