Avocado Guacamole Sandwich
Ingredients
For Avocado Guacamole:
- 1 Avacado
- 2 tbsp onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato finely chopped
- ½ green chilly finely chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
- ½ lemon
- ¼ tsp salt
For toasting bread:
- 6 slices bread
- butter to toast unsalted
Instructions
For Avocado Guacamole:
- Firstly take avocado cut into 2 halves, Take out the seed using a spoon.
- make horizontal and vertical cuts in the avocado halves, take out the cubes like pieces. And put it into the mixing bowl. Mash it slightly.
- Now add 2 tbsp of finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp of finely chopped tomato, ½ tsp of finely chopped green chilly, 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves and squeeze 1/2 lemon into itFinally add in ¼ tsp of salt and mix well. Now the Guacamole is ready.
For toasting bread:
- Take bread slices, apply butter one side each.
- turn the bread slice, place the guacamole where there is no butter applied. place the other bread slice on to the guacamole bread slice.
- toast it well and enjoy.
