
Coconut milk Pulao | Coconut milk Rice is a delicious food because it has a unique fragrance. We can have it in Lunch or Dinner with some masala curry if you want. It is easy to make recipe.
Alternatives:
you can add even more veggies with this like Carrot, beans, etc
You can cook in either way, in pressure cook or in pot. If you’re cooking in pot, add 2 cups of coconut milk, cook it for 20-25 minutes. Also, you can use any rice, Basmati or normal rice

Ingredients
Method
- Heat the ghee/oil in pressure cooker, add black cumin to splutter
- Add bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, star anise
- Add cashews and saute
- Add green chilly, ginger garlic paste and saute
- Add chopped onion, saute till turns into translucent
- Add green peas and saute
- Add a handful of mint leaves and coriander leaves, saute it for 30 seconds till it shrinks
- Add salt and garam masala powder and saute
- Add soaked basmati rice and mix well
- Add coconut milk and mix
- cover the lid, let it cook for 1 whistle in medium flame
- open the lid after pressure released, fluff it with a spoon.Now the coconut milk pulao is ready
