Ingredients
- 1¼ cup coriander seeds (100g)
- 3 tbsp chana dal (60g)
- 3 tbsp urad dal (60g)
- 2 tbsp toor dal (40g)
- 50 Kashmiri red chilly (100g)
- 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds (40g)
- ¼ cup cumin seeds (30g)
- ½ cup curry leaves
- 2 tbsp pepper crushed (20g) (or 1½ tbsp peppercorns)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
Instructions
- Firstly, heat the pan, add coriander seeds, roast it for 2 minutes, and then transfer it to a plate
- Secondly, in the same pan, add 3 tbsp of chana dal, 3 tbsp of urad dal, 2 tbsp of toor dal, 2 tbsp of fenugreek seeds, roast it well, and transfer it to the plate
- Thirdly, roast ¼ cup of cumin seeds, and then transfer it to the plate
- Next, roast 50 kashmiri red chilly, transfer it to the plate
- finally, fry ½ cup of curry leaves till dry and crisp
