Quinoa Veg Soup
Ingredients
- ¼ cup quinoa
- 2 tsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 inch ginger(finely chopped)
- 1 spring onion (chopped)
- ½ carrot-small(finely chopped)
- 5 beans (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp cabbage(finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp capsicum(finely chopped)
- pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Take ¼ cup quina in a blender, blend it into a fine powder
- Heat 2 tsp of butter in a pan, add chopped ginger garlic and spring onion, saute
- Add chopped veggies, saute it for a minute
- add 4 cups of water, bring into a boil, add salt
- now add powdered quinoa
- bring into boil, minimize the flame to low.
- keep boil it for 5 minutes, then turn off the flame
- add pepper while serving

Note:
- Instead of spring onion, you can add any onion of your choice, but spring onion gives unique taste
- you can add veggies like corn, peas, etc
