Easy Lemon oats recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp peanuts
- ½ tsp chana dal
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 2 green chilly (slit)
- 1 Dry red chilly
- ½ tsp finely chopped ginger
- few curry leaves
- pinch asafoetida
- 2 cup rolled oats (cooked)
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, Splutter ½ tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tbsp peanuts, ½ tsp chana dal, 1 tsp urad dal, 2 green chilly (slit), 1 dry red chilly, 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger, few curry leaves, a pinch of asafoetida, ½ tsp of turmeric powder
- Now add cooked oats and add ½ tsp of salt, 3 tbsp of lemon juice, mix well
- Finally, add chopped coriander and serve hot.
