mango ice cream is a flavourful yummy dessert. whenever the season arrived for mangoes, that is an excellent time to make mango ice cream

choosing the mangos: choose fleshy mangoes, besides you, cannot use fibrous mangoes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Mango pulp from fleshy mango
  • 500 ml fresh cream (whipping cream)
  • 400 ml sweetened condensed milk

Equipment

  • Hand mixer
  • bowl

Method
 

make the mango pulp ready:
  1. Take 2 cups of mango pulp in a pan (fleshy pulp, not fibrous)
  2. Heat it in medium flame, keep stirring till it reduces into 1 cup
  3. turn off the flame let it cool completely
whipping and mixing:
  1. In a wide bowl, take 500 ml of fresh cream whip it to stiff peaks (for 5 minutes approximately)
  2. then add cooled mango pulp and condensed milk
  3. whip it for 2 minutes
  4. pour it in a container, freeze it for 6-8 hours minimum

Stepwise Picture Recipe:

Make the mango pulp ready:

Firstly, peel off the mangoes, slice it and blend
blend into a smooth paste
I got 2cups of mango pulp
pour in the pulp pan(2 cups of pulp), and heat it in medium flame
mix well till it reduced into 1 cup
cool it completely

whipping the cream:

In a mixing, pour in fresh cream
mango ice cream
whip it to stiff peak (5 minutes approximately)
final photo after whipping the cream

Mixing:

now pour sweetened condensed milk
add in 1 cup of cooled mango pulp
just mix it
mango ice cream
(mixing takes the time of 1 minute)
then pour it in a container, cover using lid/ cling wrap
freeze it 6-8 hours minimum
mango ice cream
scoop it after 8 hours of freezing
mango ice cream
Enjoy!!

Note:

  • To get better results, keep everything chilled before you whip the cream, condensed milk, pulp, and the mixing bowl.
  • so keep everything inside the fridge before you start making the ice cream to get best results
  • Furthermore, choose fleshy mangoes (not fibrous mangoes)
