Broccoli is a low-carb veggie, possess lots of nutrients, rich in fiber. It has a very good amount of folate, Only there are few recipes I knew in broccoli, it is one of the easiest dish- broccoli stir fry, Also it takes less time to cook. We can take it as whole food if we are following the low carb diet. Also, it is a tasty side dish for rice of all types. Let us see how to make it

Broccoli stir fry
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 Broccoli (medium-sized)
- salt to taste
- coriander leaves for garnish
T0 roast and grind:
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 2 tbsp roasted gram
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
cook:
- Before cooking, first cut the broccoli into small pieces, then wash it in running water to get rid of dirts
- To start, take 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, let it get heat, put 1 tsp of cumin, wait till it turns crisp, then add the broccoli florets, saute for a minute keep the flame in low, cover and cook for about 10 minutes
To Roast and grind:
- Meanwhile its getting cook, take 1 tsp of coriander seeds and half tsp of cumin in a pan, dry roast for a minute, then add roasted gram roast it for 2 min in medium flame,
- Let this mixture to cool for a while
- Transfer into a blender jar
- add ¼tsp turmeric, ½tsp chilly powder, and little bit salt, blend it into a fine powder
cook:
- After 10 minutes, open the lid, add this powder and mix, keep in flame for 1 minute, Put some coriander leaves before turn off the flame
