veg side dish for biryani | mirchi ka salan | Hyderabadi mirchi ka salan is a famous salan in Andhra. It is perfectly matched with biryani, pulao, rotis, and also with rice. This curry either made with spicy chilly or with less spicy chilly. I used a less spicy one in this recipe (usually the chilly used in Mirchi bajji in Tamilnadu) Peanut, sesame seeds are the highlighted ingredients in this recipe along with tamarind. This curry will be smooth in texture that is adopted from the peanut and sesame seeds
The name mirchi means chilly, salan means curry. It is nothing but a long chilly curry (mirchi ka salan)
