
simple coconut chutney This chutney has only three ingredients, this can be used as a dip (side dish) for vada, bajji, and dosa/ idli as well

- In a blender jar, take ½ cup of shredded coconut

- Then add 2 green chilies

- Next, few coriander leaves

- add salt

- blend it with little water

- transfer to bowl. add enough water and adjust the salt if you want it thin chutney

This chutney tastes good with vada/ bajji. we can use it for dosa/ idlis too. it tastes different with normal coconut chutney
