Chocolate Brownie Recipe, This is the fudgy, chewy, chocolaty brownie. I have made this recipe very easy by making it with available ingredients in the kitchen. It is far better than a store-bought brownie, Try this recipe, Definitely, it will be a hit at home.
When it comes to brownies, the ingredients are
All-purpose flour: Use normal All-purpose flour
Cocoa powder: I have used unsweetened cocoa powder
Corn flour: In a less quantity, I have used cornflour, to make the brownie fudgy.
Salt: Little amount of salt was added to the making of the brownie. This helps to balance all flavors.

Eggs: Two large eggs are used here
Butter: Butter was slightly melted, before use
Vanilla essence: I added 1/8 tsp of vanilla essence (If you are using vanilla extract, use 1/2 tsp)
Water: I used a little amount of water to make the batter to be in perfect consistency.
Granulated sugar: I used the sugar we usually use from the kitchen cupboard at home
Chocochip: Here I used semi-sweet chocolate chips

Chocolate Brownie Recipe

- 1 8*8 inch pan

Ingredients
Dry ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp cornflour
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1½ cup granulated sugar (it is the sugar we usually used at home)
Wet ingredients
- 2 eggs large
- ½ cup butter
- ⅛ tsp vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp water
other ingredients:
- ½ cup choco-chip
- ¼ cup choco-chip (for sprinkle over)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven for 180°C
Mixing dry ingredients:
- Take a mixing bowl, Sieve 1 cup of All-purpose flour, ½ cup of cocoa powder, 2 tsp of cornflour, ¾ tsp of salt
- Next, add 1½ cup of granulated sugar and mix wellKeep the bowl aside
Mixing wet ingredients:
- In a mixing bowl, add in 2 eggs, ½ cup of butter, ⅛ tsp of vanilla essence, 3 tbsp of water, using an egg beater, whisk well
Mixing:
- Now add the dry ingredient mixture into the wet ingredients, mix it thoroughly without any lumps
- And then pour the batter into the 8*8 inch pan (baking sheet overlaid, butter applied)
- Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes
- after it baked well, take out the baking pan from the oven, take the brownie from the pan, leave it over a wire rack or a wooden board. Let it cool for 30 minutes
- and then slice it, serve the brownie after it got cool down well

Note:
If we are keeping the brownie in the air-tight container outside of the fridge, it will remain good for 3 days, If we keep it in the fridge, it will be good for 7 days
